Refund policy

All artworks and prints are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.

Return Window
We accept return requests within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery if your artwork or print arrives faulty, damaged, or with an issue. Return requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted. Please note that returns are not accepted for change of mind or if there is no fault or issue with the artwork or print.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the artwork or print must be returned in its original condition. Items that have been damaged, altered, or used after delivery may not be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is provided free of charge for approved returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will then arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
